Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 September 2026. This policy covers unit.design and any enquiry you send us through it.

What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company name where you give one, and the message you write. If you subscribe to the newsletter we receive your email address only.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer you and, where a project follows, to run that project. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the studio except the hosting and email providers that carry the message.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project correspondence is kept for the ten years Swiss law requires for commercial records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which every dispatch lets you do in one click.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no advertising cookies. Where analytics are enabled they are configured to record page views without profiling individual visitors, and the data never leaves our reporting account.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to hello@unit.design and we will answer within thirty days.
